Stavros F. Papadopoulos obtained his PhD in Mathematics at the University of Crete in 1998. He had studied with the late Stelios Pichorides and obtained his PhD with Michael Papadimitrakis. He had worked on problems of classical harmonic analysis. Stavros died unexpectedly on 30 March 2026.
